Eyebot criticals make enemies invisible

Searched the forums and found nothing related.


Load order is only the required files plus TTW Fixes.


Every time an Eyebot scores a critical hit, it produces an ash pile but turns the enemy invisible and doesn't kill them.


The ash pile is inaccessible while the enemy is still alive. The invisible enemy can still be targeted in VATS and killed.


The save game is from in front of Super Duper Mart. One raider was already invisible but loading the save makes the raider render again. The ash pile is next to him and there are two Eyebots fighting them. Wait a moment and it will probably happen again.

Can't say I ever heard of this problem. Also I can't test the saved game file because I do not use TTW Fixes, but I would assume it is not a TTW bug because I never seen it happening, but I will be on the lookout for it on my testings anyway.


PS: How come there are so many eyebots? If i recall correctly, in the game there is only one eyebot traveling nearby the superduper mart frown.

They're all over the place.  There's one in springvale for sure.  others patrol all over.

There are two Eyebots that patrol near SDM. Bryan Wiks runs past both of them when he runs from Grayditch to meet the player. The two Eyebots at SDM were recruited using SetPlayerTeammate and given higher health for the bug test.


Eyebots usually don't survive long enough against armed enemies to kill anything, let alone get a critical. I saw it happen five times during normal play and then set up the test to verify it. The Eyebots seem to be lasting longer than I remember, as well.

Maybe the On Death flag of the weapon is set incorrectly.
