installer not working HELP PLEASE D:

so im trying to upload the new installer and i get this error...

ive verified integrity of game cash for both FO3 and FNV and still doesnt work both games are up to date. im on windows 8 (i know it sucks but it came with the com)

I'd imagine it's .Net framework being either not updated or incorrectly updated. Could be a Win8 specific issue, but as I'm on 7, I won't comment. It's always a good first step when installer exe's throw up errors to check whether or not you have all you libraries properly up-to-date.

Also, as english isn't your first language, are you using non-english versions of the games? TTW is currently English version only.

Plumjuice means this:

The installer requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable SP1 (Make sure you download the appropriate version for your Operating System).

Latest version of .NET Framework (4.5 for Windows 7 and up, 4.0 for Windows XP and up)

Make sure you have both the .NET Framework (the 4.0 and 4.5).

I am not very good with installer problems but I know that others around here will help you as well as they can .

wouldnt beleve my luck..

when trying to dowload microsoft visual i got a faital error 0x80070643 during the install
