LP has issues, lots of them.

LP has issues, lots of them. He wasn't exactly stable to begin with (seriously, play vanilla FO3), but I have to admit, I'm sure TTW didn't help him out too much.

I think there is a thread on this already, but here's what I had to do.

Create a save in the Citadel Courtyard. Save as he is being lifted out and into the Capital Wasteland. Now, you can either hope he functions correctly, or you can constantly click on him via console and "moveto player"

This is one of the harder parts of the game. I've found that saving in the Capital Wasteland causes more issues upon reloading, so that's why you should save inside the citadel. Try standing behind him, and if he gets stuck, just move farther along and move him to player using the console. You should move your player close enough to the barriers, that way when you move LP to player, he should be close enough to the barrier to enable the destruction sequence of the barrier and finally move on.

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

Thanks, moveto helped a lot.
