Excuse, I meant NVSR (Stutter remover) the heap replacer can cause crashes. If you aren't using NVAC, I highly recommend it.

You may have ENB incorrectly setup for your system and you're running out of memory.

As for Fellout and Nevada Skies, it's generally a bad idea to use two weather mods together.

What is karmafix.esp ? This may be what's breaking the followers.

As for EVE/WMX if you are using the stuff I made, then you didn't follow the instructions properly and you have too many esp's. You don't need the original ESP's and they will, infact, break both mods.

Underground Hideout (both of them) are known to be crash inducing and poorly made.

Karmafix is this. I installed

Karmafix is this, it doesn't say it's compatible with anything higher than 2.2, but I thought I'd try it anyway. I normally keep it disabled since I'm pretty sure it doesn't work. I installed it after the nokarma thing wasn't working, so I don't think that's the culprit. I just checked, yep NVSR is installed. I just deleted it. So the only ones I need are the WMX-POPMerged and the one just called WMX-EVE? I tried disabling the POP one, but it took away my weathered 10mm pistol, so I reactivated it. Yeah I've had problems with UHNV in the past, I figured if it causes any problems I'll just forget it altogether. Gonna try NVAC and hope for the best.

Just tried again, with NVAC installed and UHNV disabled. Still broken.

I just installed it, ran it, and now I feel flabbergasted. That's all I had to do. Huh. Issue resolved. Thank you both for your help!

In the spirit of May 4th, you're welcome Padawan, May the 4th Be With You!

Yes because I believe the game only supports up to 2 GB without it which is not enough to run TTW or really any modded Fallout.  You still can push it above the 4GB especially with ENB.  Besides looking here, visit this site for further advice on building a stable game ...

One thing, don't use LOOT or BOSS.  It causes more grief than fixes it.

on a side note:  what is not working with no-karma-dc-followers?  it and c6's karma fix do entirely different things.

I have no idea. I haven't been able to get it to work in the past. Maybe some other mod is overriding it.

all it does is remove the karma requirement to hiring dialogues for the fo3 followers.  all i'm asking is "does it do that?  if not, then which followers' dialogues are not being altered, or are they all being unaltered?"

They're not altered at all.

They're not altered at all. The lines are the same as they would be without the mod, still can't hire them because of karma.
