Try to run the installer like
Try to run the installer like an administrator it worked for me my installer was also messed up. And also try to have an clean install of fallout new vegas and fallout 3 whitout any mods, you can add them maybye later when you have got it running. Tell me if this works or not ?

it says that MSVCR100.dll is
it says that MSVCR100.dll is missing which doesnt make sense cause i just installed windows7 2 weeks ago... also it says that the fallout 3 .esm was not patched successfully. MD5 Hash does not match expected value. and i dont know how to take screenshots lol

so it just patched everything
so it just patched everything perfectly fine and i didnt even touch anything. i guess its just trial and error or maybe your patcher is having difficulties detecting certain things. ill let you know if everything works fine in new vegas
