Skill books locations

I've read that quite a lot of the skill books in F3 have been changed into magazines due to obvious balance issues, I was just wondering if there was a list somewhere of which books have been changed and which haven't?

I spent quite a while looking over the website but I couldn't find the answer anywhere.
