Recommended difficulty mods for Mojave Wasteland?

I was thinking of getting A World of Pain to add onto the Mojave, since Roy worked on it. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm rolling in Hard mode and got Bleed on, along with Jsawyer Ultimate.

If you don't mind bullet sponge enemies and play on very hard, try Asterra's legendary difficulty.

It works with almost everything including PN and BLEED.
