This will be highly spoilerish, be warned.
I was doing a playthrough with TTW where I began the game in New Vegas, not DC.
After level 12 I traveled to DC and started the WSG quest with Moira.
There are two skill checks that TTW implement in the quest.
In the first chapter you can teach Moira about radiation if your medicine is somewhat good enough and in the second chapter you can teach her about injures if your survival skill meet the conditions.
I used the two skill checks but in the end didn't get the Survival Guru perk, only the Survival Expert one.
For the way FO3 is constructed I already guessed that passing the skill checks would not grant me the whole assignment being marked as completed, as if I performed the main and optional assignments, but I did it anyway for testing purposes.
Shouldn't passing the skill checks grant me the whole assignment being completed, as if I have performed the main assignment and the optional condition?
I mean, my survival skill was pretty high at that point (70 or 80), as well my medicine (55 points).
If this wasn't the intention of the checks and they only serve as a means to "speed" the quest, how about a second option, with really high requirements to achieve the whole assignment being completed?
Let's say 75 survival and 70 medicine?
