What's Different (TTW and 3)?

Good to know, but a quick look at your mod in FNVEdit tells me it is incompatible with Book Perks Improved - your mod replaces the magazines with completely new, mod specific books instead of altered vanilla ones.

I might be able to make a compatibility patch to remove the skill bonuses and add the BPI scripts, but I'm not confident that I'm familiar enough with the mods to not screw something up or leave something out. Much safer to just rely on the Magazines to Skill Books mod. And, to be honest, I do like the added flexibility it gives me in-game.
