Hey was wondering if there was a way to get the main quest from fallout 3 if I continue from a nv save

I'm new to this whole mod, and I do know people recommend doing a new game, but I had hoped perhaps I could just continue where I left off in my new vegas save. I already went over to the union pacific in dc, haven't left yet.

I don't even know if startup menu would work for that, and I was the last person working on it.

We do not recommend adding TTW to an existing save.

Using a already existing save from FNV will (almost guaranteed) cause you some troubles in the future, so bear in mind that if you have any crashes or the game becomes unplayable in the future that will be the obvious cause for it and we can't really do anything to help with that because there is nothing we can do to fix it .

How to get the main quest to start:

Go to Megaton and hack or use the password in Moriarty's Terminal/computer in the back room and read about James. That should make the main quest kick in... Probably.
