Replacing Enemies and Armour Type?

I was wondering if there was a mod that replaced the FO3 Ghouls with those from FNV for TTW, because of the damn reavers.  I have tried to use FNVedit but I didnt now how to do it.  Also is there away to replace the armour type of DC to that of Vegas, Damage Resistance to Threshold?


PS Sorry if this is in the wrong place, and I am sure I read that the next TTW update is planning on changing the armour but I am not sure.

we're not changing armor, we already put in all the hard work of changing it to DT (and everything else involved in combat to compensate for DT replacement for DR armor)


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Like Puppettron said we already changed the FO3 armors from DR to DT, if your FO3 armors still have DR then something is wrong (probably a mod is changing them back).

You can of course make them have one, the other, or both. The choice is yours, as not everyone likes the same balance changes.


If you want them to be all DR again (it is AR in xEdit) you can create an override plugin and change them back to the default values if you desire. It's a simple process and you can learn to do so in under an hour.

and don't be really surprised when everything hurts so goddamned much because damage output in the DT system needs to be higher to have the same effect
