What is the id for Lincoln's Repeater? I have tried changing the load numbers but i still cant get it.

It's still the same with the first two 00 replaced with the indexed number of your Fallout3.esm in your load order.
I can't tell you which number it is in your load order because it depends (It usually is 06 or 0A).
So usually: 0603c07a or 0A03c07a
