Where are the Optional esp's descriptions?

I'm installing the new version, I had installed an older version, but I don't remember what all the optional esp's do.  I remember there being an easy to find description of all of them somewhere but I can't find it now, I see the one explaining the bobblehead esp but what do the other 13 do.

 Feel free to call me an idiot and say they're right in front of my face!  I'm using FOMM by the way and installing a FOMOD and it has not descriptions when I activate just a list of check boxes.

When you click on a optional plugin choice it SHOULD pop up a description to the right of the list. I have not tested on FOMM but I know it does on NMM.

in NMM it should work as Jax said, and there is also a text file in the folder of the mod, just as if you try to manually install the mod
