A strange series of events happened while is was heading from Primm to Novac. My level 2 courier was being chased by three deathclaws from Deadwind Cavern as well as the blind one from Primm pass. I took turbo and ran straight into the viper camp and was knocked down by a grenade. The deathclaws ran into the camp, and were killing the vipers, when I was miraculously saved. By the LEGION. About 20 of the guys, including a praetorian and two vexillarius. I do not know which mod actually spawned them there, but for once i can say I am grateful for there presence in the Mojave. I love this game, because it never happens the same way twice.

Not this time. But have had him ambush me in quarry junction, outside Nellis, and in scorpion gulch. My theory is that he is a ghost (or perhaps some type of angel, demon, or figment of your gunshot-induced brain injury) because nothing in the game will attack him or even acknowledge his existence. The guy creeps me out.

But I could have sworn I saw him get killed by some powder gangers once. Granted that was some years ago, not that long after the game first came out, so I could be remembering it wrong, but I thought I saw it happen.

But he hadn't even reached me yet. He was running towards me and was gunned down by some nearby powder gangers. At least that is what I remember. Is he really essential before you speak to him? If so was he always, even when the game was first released?

IDK
IDK
I dont think he was essential, but I thought everyone ignored him. Did he maybe run into a firefight and get killed in the crossfire?
