No ENB, Dynavision 3, and as many texture/fx mods as my rig can take. Prior to this new line of thinking, I tried a few ENBs before going back to Enhanced Shaders every time. Although, I did like Old World ENB for a while.
Preferred ENB for TTW?

I've been messing around with
I've been messing around with ENB presets the past week or so since I finally have some graphics horsepower to run them, so far I've been limiting my search to those ENB's that support F:NV RWL/RWLE since the TTW versions use the same base settings IIRC.
Thus far I have tired Onix which has incredible effects for PN's vision modes specifically, but does seem a bit taxing for my system. Also Onix seems to have a bit of trouble with the RWLE version due to added weathers the ENB can't account for. However that said, with the TTW RWL ENB .esp it looked great, very realistic and stark like the desert should. If you have the horsepower to run Onix and don't mind lacking weather changes I'd use that. It should be noted that Onix has a host of optional settings and changes that can be made, which makes it something in a class all its own from what i have seen so far. Night's in particular are its very strong point under RWL as there are several options to choose from I preferred the "Midnight" setting since its very realistic. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55318/?
The one I am trying right now is Viradia using the optional settings designed for NV: RWL but I tried it under the TTW RWLE esp. So far so good, colors in this ENB are bright and deep saturated, not nearly as stark and contrasting as most ENBs I have seen video's on. The compatibility with PN's vision modes isn't bad, but not nearly as "real" as Onix's in comparison. However what this ENB is lacking in vision modes it makes up with in performance on my system, great framerates and a fast and unobtrusive DOF effect that's subtle and not too overpowering out of the box. Night darkness is ok, however that may be from me Frankenstein'ing it together with RWLE which it wasn't specifically written for, interiors are dark and spooky, light sources inside are much like ILO perhaps a bit darker overall. I'm still doing testing, however with TTW RWL (use the "standard" esp NOT the ENB one if you do this) it looks very good. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56121/?

Might I ask what Enhanced Shaders is? You mean the Enhanced Shaders ENB or what? But isnt this ENB too? I would be fine with only shaders too! I dont even like the overfilled ENB stuff. Im using Dynavision 3 aswell. Also no ENB seems to go perfect with RWLE, beside of having even lower FPS. RWLE has some FPS and junknado issues when theres rain, snow etc. Should be fixed in the next version but until then we have to wait. Only shaders would be really cool. Sorry for necroing this thread.

A wee while ago, I did a port
A wee while ago, I did a port of Skyrim's Natural Lighting And Atmospherics ENB mod tae New Vegas. Trick is to find decent values ta accommodate the different colours. Exteriors look good, but the interiors need a bit of work.
