Recommended Mods?

Post by CourierSix » Sun May 17, 2015 3:39 pm

Hi guys, after a long hiatus from Fallout: Tale of Two Wastelands, I'm back. I'm up to date with the changes in TTW, so no worries there (starting from a fresh install).

I'm wondering how far along the modding scene has gotten since I left, specifically with regards to Gameplay Enhancement, Graphics (stuff like Textures and NPCs) and extra difficulty. I was hoping some of you might be able to recommend mods for me to play TTW with.

On a side note, is there anything you'd love to see that hasn't been done yet? I fooled around a bit with TTW last time I was here, and you guys seemed to enjoy what I did (although, those mods are probably broken after this long).

What do you mean by crossgame? Because I can't see cross game quests making much sense.

wb C6, tj's right, not a whole lot of cross content modding currently

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Open your mind, man. I had an idea back in the much earlier days of TTW for a raider adversary that somehow survives an attack by the PC on his home / gang and makes it his mission to continually hunt you down and - torture you. He wouldn't kill you mind you, just make life hard.

Like for example you're on the mission to infiltrate the NCRCF, and this psychotic Raider who unknown to you snuck on the train from DC as you were leaving, takes out the sentry in the guard tower with his hunting rifle, alerting the rest of the guys inside the gated area to your presence and making them hostile to you.

if it's the 9YL thing that makes cross content seem hard, try it the other way around.  the 2 weeks later from NV to CW, or any other trip after the first one.  you have what is arguably the most powerful person in the wasteland disappearing into an abandoned and unguarded train station, followed a few minutes later by the sound of a train leaving...
