We had to move our downloads off site because of the reddit hug of death, in the process we did a stealth update to 2.9.4b with the ONLY change being that the hotfix is now part of the download, completely removing the old broken file.
Hit up the alpha page, grab the new version and run the installer and it'll build you a new TTW with the hotfix built in.
If I do a clean save, then install the hotfix. Will I still retain all the stuff I get from the Bobblehead changes?

Extra Options doesn't seem to affect it for me. Disabling it doesn't change my save which has a ~4 minute load time.
So, to summarize this thread so far, what is the main advice on the long save load issue? I disabled TTW Options a long time ago, along with Reputations (due to a different issue).
Besides the suggestion above (PN Extra Options), are there any other ideas?
How does the development team play it atm?
Hate to be "that guy" but I removed TTW_Options.esp and It's still taking 3-4 minutes to load my current save (19Mb). This slow loading also occurs in a brand new game so may have nothing to do with my save(s).
Is there something else I need to do? Do I need to start a new game? I might add that my FPS has been great for my rig, it's just the load times that are driving me nuts. Load Order below.
