Huh, seems like un-ticking every TTW_options related plugins is the solution to this problem, loaded my save within 5 seconds. 


Now I shall find out exactly which plugin has caused this issue.


EDIT: Yep its the TTWOptions.esp that has been causing issues with my game.


MORE EDIT: As well as ttwmouse-over_and_col_fix.esp if it is installed.

Roy that seems to be the culprit the TTW_options.esp that added MCM functionality. I went from 5+ min load times, to about 30 seconds by just removing that one esp from the load order.

I removed TTW_options.esp and the click box thing esp and my load time returned to normal.

Roy double confirmed, I just did another test as well. When I died originally the game would load so long it would hang and I'd have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete to close NV and restart. Now with just removing the TTW_Options.esp I grenade killed myself, and was back in the last save in under 15~ seconds.
