I rolled back to version 2.8.1 and starting a new game then loading works. I don't have version 2.9.3 to test. Here is my latest save file RoyBatty.
OK I was able to load your save right up with the version I did some work on yesterday.

[/quote]The two load orders I saw both included TTWOptions for the MCM, which was also added completely new in this version. Could some/all of you try turning that esp off and see if it changes anything.

We're of the impression it was the navmesh fixes that made it / didn't make it in. Roy's got a new TTW.esm that, pending more testing, seems to fix the issue.

Mine has it too, it's the only common denominator I've seen besides CASM (which never did that before), and TTW itself. I'm playing a new game and I've just hit level 3, and this hasn't occurred yet with the latest edit I did to TTW's esm.
Kyriptonite still seems to be having the same issue however with that very esm and a new game.

also, anyone without the MCM having the same issue?
