That is true, however I meant saying stuff like "Allow the game to use your hard drive cache when you´re running out of Ram" is a complete crock, that's not what hard drive cache is and that is literally impossible to do.

With my new system I just ran another test. I put my ''entire' Fallout New Vegas folder onto a RAMDisk, and sym-linked it to the install folder. I did not have to add any BSA edits to the ini files this way. And in my short tests I was pinned to 60fps, even in RWLE rainstorm(a first). Highly recommended if you have the system to support it.
