Mine is set up Sounds->Songs->Radio->Licensed(For GNR's) or Enclave(self-explanatory). Can someone confirm that this is right? Oh, and they're not zipped, if that's a thing.

Yea that's right, sorry I didn't look any deeper than the radio folder. Zipped and installed in FOMM instead of dropping into your data folder is the thing to do, as it allows ease of install/ uninstall/ reinstall if you have the need. You'll have to zip it (the sound folder with everything in it, not each individual file) yourself though.

The installer extracts the radio files by default because playing them from BSAs is nigh impossible, ensure you file structure in Data is "Sound/Songs/Radio/Licensed" and "Sound/Songs/Radio/Enclave" the NV stations should be in there as well.

I read somewhere that the game has a terrible time reading mp3s in the BSA files. not sure if any of that pertains to you, but it helped with one of the fixes earlier.

I'm not alright, I'm an equal amount of left.

Just to fill everybody in, I fixed my problem by tampering with the FALLOUT.ini file, it was a line to double the audio cache of Fallout
