They still haven't fixed this bug? Wow, that's kind of stupid. It's been around since the launch of Maxwell.

Update your drivers manually

Post by RoyBatty » Thu Oct 09, 2014 8:32 am

Update your drivers manually from Geforce.com or nvidia.com like everyone else does, heh.

You also don't need to install the 3Dvision drivers unless you have 3D Glasses.

Quote from STEP user Audley:

With MO and New Vegas to use an ENB w/ the 4GB launcher you need to place the .d3d9 in the root folder and NOT the exes folder created by the 4GB loader. Even though everyone says otherwise. Though I don't know why considering that has never worked for me.

His solution interests me. will be trying with Game Companion 2.4+4gb+MO.

I use MO, and I put the d3d9

I use MO, and I put the d3d9.dll in the FNV4GB folder and the exes folder and not root. Works for me. Bonus is that when I launch GECK through MO it doesn't try to load ENB with it. I don't care what that guy or anybody else says, I know what I'm talking about... so that's the way I'll be doing it for the foreseeable future. cheeky

Actually, solution from STEP

Actually, solution from STEP user worked for me. My 4G exe and 4G dll are NVroot folder so did not make an exes folder. Extracted every wrapper ENB stuff in NV root folder as well. Injected ENB exe in GameCompanion. Can see ENB credits during loading and open ENB panel in mainmenu.

I got that from your previous post. I was just pointing out that just because some guy on the internet said there was only one way to do something doesn't make it so. I actually do it another way and it works just fine for me and most of the people I advised to do it that way.
