Actually you can use that with or without NVSE. If NVSE is present, it will load it for you.
It works best if you log into Steam first, then launch FNV4GB.exe

worked in offline steam mode... which is good.. i have a mediocre internet connection and if I play bethesada games online there is about a minute lag time before the game starts to load after I click the game icon...
three times a day is 3 minutes is about 20 minutes a week or hour and a third a month or about 18 hours a year to just sit and look at a blank screen... nope at age 66 ain't gonna waste that much time.. so I play in offline mode...
just tried to get nv interiors urban up and running: it didn't ctd -- it hung up the computer requiring a reset and it appears to have killed NMM so bad I can't use it to go on line and get the updated NMM
and yet the ttw dcinteriors ctd but didn't hang the machine...
way back in version four of requium at one point I noticed somehow I had fo3.esm ahead of the nv.esm --- couldn't reverse them with screwing things up in that game... but it played fine...
since I have problems currently with fo3 mods -- wonder if it's worthwhile starting a new ttw with those two esms reversed...
also way back then when dc interiors weren't supposed to be compatible I got them to work by pushing them right after the fo3 and nv esm and ahead of all the other esms
------
super joy... whether it was urban or just steam and NMM deciding to go to war... newest version of NMM won't run... Steam had to be reinstated cause it lost itself --- so I now have a bunch of mods installed --- can't change mod order ..
it does look that even though I had to start via steam to get the data files option (so I could turn off urban wasteland) and had to turn on all the mods by hand.... that the game is running again...
took me about 45 minutes to get back to the point of running... now just have to figure out what's wrong with NMM.
can I just crank up FOMM again? Later after I stomp some bugs...
Alanbard,
I do have all my interiors mods combined and, uploaded here in our TTW mods section. For the sake of keeping my files organized it is now Called TTW interiors project and, if a full merge of DCInt, NVInt Wasteland Edition, NVInt Urban edition and, all of my little add-on optional files.
I am currently working on a rather large update which will totally reorganize the items from DC so I can add to both DCint for FO3 and, TTWInt at the same time.
this version was built with TTW and will work out of the box without haveing to mess with the masters in FNVedit.
EDIT: I just re-read your post and, if your using the TTW DCInteriors from the nexus it will now work with the alpha release of TTW. It was built for the Demo version Which is why I now have TTW Interiors.

I wouldn't even try it, it wont work for TTW.
My project Dash is on Kickstarter!
that's the one I tried just a couple of hours ago....
I can get the wasteland and the core to work, but not the combined version -- ctd before menu -- same for ttw dc interiors... taking a break to play right now as I finally went to the Blue for the first time -- been saving it to savor...
after I play for a while -- I will go back and try to figure why NMM is dead... will need that to change what's currently loaded....
Big thanks for all the modding you've done...
I grew up in the 50s and this is a real delight of a game...

I do have two mods I have to make --- a memorial down by the tehachipi mine for my friend Tony Vice who wrote lets ride into the sunset and lived down tehachipi and who died about two months ago....
and I'll loot some stuff from your mods to produce a version of "Escape while there's still time books" a store a friend of mine owned and I ran for years... Reality is a crutch for people who can't cope with sf and fantasy...
Alanbard,
Feel free to PM me! you shouldn't be having issues with my mods because they have ben built for TTW. If you are I would like to figure out why and, fix the issue. Not only because I'm one of this mod's leaders but, because I want to know if I messed up somewhere.

P.S. I grew up in the 70's, 80's but I always loved tin toys and, the 40's, 50's! My cell phones ring tone is the turtle singing "Duck and cover" You know what I mean!
EDIT: the TTW Team is hear to help you help us give everyone the best Fallout experience possible. We are not like other modders that think our work is the be all and, and all and, users don't count. We are assessable! which is my point.
doh, de doh.... oh, look once I started trying to match version numbers -- there's a new core as of 12/05 ...
now if my damn net wasn't going up and down between red light and green light I'd download it tonight-- hopefully can dload the new stuff tomorrow...
plus figure out NMM
I can run the game via using the nvexc and steam -- I can use the 4g enable script...
But since that crash that took out nexus 331, which I then replaced with 34, and then back to 331 --
nope they all crash immediately...
I installed FOMM and it does the same....
thinking it might be the steam interface -- I tried launching fo3 instead of NV but same fast crash...
So all I have to do is figure out what NMM and FOMM have in common...
Was thinking I could see if NMM would run anything else but it crashes before offering the choice of games...
