The only windows 10 issue I have so far related to TTW is that for me, windows 10 completely ignores all of my power management settings and goes to sleep every 30 seconds or so if I'm not moving the mouse or typing something. If it does this when I'm playing TTW, the game crashes. For some reason windows does not do this if I have any sort of video playing though and the radio stations in Fallout seem to count for this. So if I always have a radio station playing, no crash. If I forget, crash every 30 seconds.
Any Windows 10 issues???

You mean I'm not the only one? I thought that I was just overlooking some well hidden sleep setting! Super annoying to have the computer go to sleep while trying to read an online book (I never really sit still long enough in game to have noticed this, just notice it doing other stuff).

Yep it's very annoying. My guess would be some sort of bug in the upgrade process (I was using windows 7 before).
Incidentally I did stumble across another work around that does not require a video playing. I don't know if it will work for you but if I change my background to a slideshow that uses the default windows 10 "album" instead of using some other theme, then it obeys my power management settings. Makes zero sense but it works for me. I had taken to starting up a video, muting it, and telling it to repeat forever to stop windows from going to sleep and I don't have to do that anymore.
