What is it exactly? I'm assuming it let's you skip Tranquility Lane due to technical problems that happen, but how is it implemented

It was made for people who have custom races that break after playing TQL. It is non-essential and should only be used if you use a custom race.

Sorry, need to update the installer to explain the optional files.

Is this safe to use if your not using custom races? I've never been much of a fan of the TL quest...

Don't use it for now, a glitch was reported, when we release the next update tomorrow, it will be fixed, then it will be safe for anyone to use.

Just wanted to let you know, Jax, Operation Anchorage breaks custom races too. Using Uglulyx Custom Player Tatoos for FO3 and worked fine until I got out of the pod, now default player race. Probably not much can be done if Tranquility Lane is fixed by skipping the sim but thought I'd bring it to your attention anyway.
