Dogemeat companion

Hello everyone, I just bought fallout 3 recently and as so I installed Tale Of Two Wastelands. It was going just fine, until when I met Dogemeat, because when I try to "talk to" him so he can leave the conversation will not start, and if I give him a command such as wait here he will follow me again. I find this a problem because I am a stealth sniper kind of player and he just ruins everything, killing everyone and making noise. Idk if it is a problem from the mod or not but I really would like to know if there is a way of making him leave or just wait in a place.


I am using version 2.9.4b

I always found it easy to get rid of Dogmeat whenever I ended up with him as a companion.  I'd go somewhere that had any enemies within 100 miles or so and he'd run off and get killed.
