A question for the Devs

First, a little bit of explanation. I ran the most recent installer for TTW, had no issue. converted the files to FOMods. Again, no issue. Installing the 5gb complete mod to FOMM v0.14.11.12 didnt work. So I improvised. I had to divvy up the multitude of files in the 'Main files' folder into .zip files, rename the .zip to .fomod, and successfully installed them. The largest Fomod was about 2.75gb. There is yet to be any game breaking issue (other than the occasional game freeze - no biggie), and I've had a blast. Now, my question.

Can I upload the parted-out files to Nexusmods.com for ease of access to everybody as a manual download?

If you decline my request, I understand perfectly and will not request again.

Nexus will ban you for it, and we will too. You are not allowed to redistribute other peoples work. Additionally TTW is not on the Nexus because Beth told them not to let it be hosted there.

Someone else recently uploaded some of my work without permission, NOT COOL.
