Making a mod that works with TTW from scratch how to?

Just out of curiosity if i call the TTW masters as well as the FO3/FNV/DLC masters in my mods plugin and make said mod with all of these open in G.E.C.K.  it's already TTW compatible right, no conversion needed?


The Reason i asked is this, i recently made a small weightless weapon/unlimited ammo mod for base FO3  and was considering remaking it for TTW/FNV .


 


The mod simply did this, it took all basic weapons in FO3 and made them have 0 weight and use 0 ammo, however you were required to have at least 1 ammo of the type it used for it to work it just didnt use that ammo up, it also placed a startup container near the water beggar outside the gates of megaton with a few odds and ends in it. and some custom power armor that was scaled down and didn't require the power armor training perk.

If you mean to remake the mod entirely, you need to do it through the New Vegas GECK, add all the FNV plugins (except the PO packs, that is), all the Fallout 3 plugins, and TTW as Masters to  the new plugin you are making.


 


Though it may be less tedious to just convert, then edit your existing mod, in either case I'll just leave all the links to the conversion resources below:

thanks for the prompt response here and in the chat, i kinda figured that's what i would have to do to make it ttw compatible from scratch, but since its a pretty simple module it shouldnt take that long , the initial FO3 release only took approx 20 mins to make so this one shouldnt take more than an hour or two since there is approx twice the items to edit. otherwise no scripting or anything overly complicated. i will post it here when it's finished and may even throw in the armor mod i was going to do as a seperate mod with it.(which was basicly just going to make all armor weightless and maybe add a couple custom armors as well that were appropriate for starter gear).
