I've been using Wrye Bash and 7Z packs for my installer lately, so was easy to check. Not NMC; the winner is the Ojo Bueno pack. I'd imagine the 'Poco' version has it as well?

@ Decker,

Thank you, Only problem is NMC and Poco Bueno are the worst RAM killers for TTW. I'm going to try there, but I think it's going to kill TTW period.

@TTW Team, I found the answer I was looking for, It was Poco Bueno. You guys can now close the thread, and I do apologize for come on strong.

Wonderful :) I didn't list texture replacers since, as others, I thought they weren't touching meshes!

However it can be that the very same mesh is on Ojo Bueno too, since I don't use Poco Bueno... I'll take a look...

Not that you asked for it...but if it's just the RAM holdup, there's a way to beat this. I use it so I can play with both the giant texture packs and XRE-CARS! (even worse on RAM than the textures).

  1. Use ENB, but only the x64 emulation and not the effect: enblocal.ini - ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true enbseries.ini - UseEffect=false You can use ENB effects if you like (even with ReShade), it's personal choice...I have a problem with water in ENB e.g., but setting WaterDisplacement=0 in Fallout.ini beats it.

  2. You can use ReShade (not just SweetFX) with this setup. Install ReShade to your game folder, delete the ReShade64.dll. Assuming you're using FNV4GB, make a shortcut link and add the following line to the properties' Target line:  -extradll ReShade32.dll  Use this instead of the Proxy in enblocal.ini

  3. Put all your enb files in the exes folder that FNV4GB looks for. Put a copy of everything except the d3d9.dll into your game folder

  4. Rock on, with the full power of ENB and ReShade as well as 3GB extra RAM to run your hugest mods on.

@ Horredtheplague,

I started playing an ENB before finding it was Poco Bueno, I don't know why we have to delete reshade64.dll.

So I've been reading STEP guide (because I use Mod Organzier, I was confused because I thought you put the sweetx or reshade32.dll in the .exe folder and keep the rest Game folder.

And Assume, The flicker I'm having with effect is both dlls and then same time...I may be wrong. I'm not sure, I'm fine with Poco and NMC on Nevada only, it's because TTW already is so huge it eat RAM that make hard to do texture. I like a few more texture than the packs, Book of Water and HD Wasteland Clothing for example, With PN, Interiors Project and Mobile Truck than alone is harsh and then ILO was killing it, that's because I was using an old TTW patch. I only have 1890 VRAM together with the enb due to Window 10.

I have notice a very big incearse in speed during playing with ENB, (Rudy's) But I don't like the ENB skies, the RWL is more realistic than Rudy's. Other than that. I'm working on that. I have what Errrsssbeee said in 4gb, I just didn't understand putting together dll in the arguements, also I haven't been having RAM problem, I've been having black shadow and black face bug for awhile on both TTW and Nevada.

I'm playing with ENB and trying to see if I continue to get those. Thank you for advice.

@AC Yes, I was thinking the same thing, I didn't think it was texture replacers, so I didn't think about Poco or Ojo until they told me, Why do the texture replacer have animation to meshes Anyways, is a way to get popular.

@ Roybotty, It's okay, you were honest to help. I am sorry I got frustrated because like AC I believed it wasn't in Texture Pack.
