Merge Courier's stash?

I've never liked the packs but I'm using them now because FNV Reborn,  my replacement for Project Nevada, requires them (for some reason I haven't been able to fathom.)  If I could find a way around that, I'd be a happy camper just getting rid of them altogether.

I have them, but refuse to use them or any mod which requires them. I know you can use FNVEdit to remove them as masters, however.

I always liked what Jswayer did with the pre-order packs, spreading across the wasteland where it would make sense to find them, like the Classic Fallout Pack is at the wrecked Highwayman

While an interesting idea, they are placed at a point in the game where they are no longer relevant.

If anything i suppose an alternate solution is just have Chet sell them, then after the Powder Ganger fight should you do that path, you can sell their drops and buy whichever one of the items feel suit you.

I did too, however I liked that retlaw did with them for TTW, right along the same lines however making them available largely towards the start of your playthrough. https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/couriers-stash-pack-distribution
