New Game Issue

I installed all of the hotfixes today, and tested out a few mods, and now whenever I start the game I don't get the option to start in the capital wasteland or in the Mojave. I just spawn in an unfinished cell, entitled "Player Starting Cell." 


I can move about 4 steps in any direction and the cell ends, sending me back to the center of it. I cannot fast travel, or use the map, nor did I find any sort of exit to it. I did a little bit of research and I believe my fallout_default.ini was overwritten by something. [collapsed title=Fallout_default.ini]

I apologize for the entire ini, I don't know what's specifically needed to be edited to solve this issue. I believe it's something to do with the highlighted section, as I don't have a starting cell value in my ini, so the game is throwing me into a default starting cell every time I hit new game. 


I apologize but I've searched for a solid 45 minutes through this forum and reddit and nobody else seems to have mentioned the location "Player starting cell" or an unfinished cell at all when they hit new game.

I found the issue was actually the FIX for the TTW Startup menu. I uninstalled the fix for the startup menu, and reinstalled the older optional file from the TTW installation, and everything works together seemlessly.
