Way back in the beginning I

Way back in the beginning I proposed an idea that each additional schematic you found taught you to make a different weapon mod.


So the first railway schematic teaches the weapon itself, the next one teaches a scope mod and the next one teaches an improved propulsion system (or something).

Hmm, cool idea. How do we feel about mods on the infiltrator and mesmetron? Like I mentioned before, I can probably manage mods on all the non-alien weapons relatively easy. I haven't worked with the alien weapons before so my "creations" for them might look right, or may look like crap.

I was actually thinking, for the alien weapons, make the mods from scrap parts, or make them appear a bit jury rigged. The aliens don't mod their weapons, instead the guys escaping are cobbling together mods. I figure stash a few mods around the survivors little hideout. Maybe even make them recipe based, like 2 scrap electronics, fission battery, scrap metal produces a regenerative power cell mod for the alien rifle.


And I vote no on the Mesmetron, to me it is a unique and what would the mods even do?
