should i be seeing FNV weapon mods In FO3 or is that something that has not yet been implemented?

i have it downloaded but i'm not sure how to patch it properly with PN. i'd love to get PN, EVE, and WMX all working together with TTW but not sure how.

I believe you found it already correct? Anyway, I don't believe there are that many FO3 exclusive weapons that would need mods.

I feel like the majority of them would be easy to make, with the exception of the alien weapons. They may be hard. After I finish retexturing all the uniques, I'll most likely start working on these.

i found PN and the patch for TTW and PN, and i've found WMXUE and the patch for TTW and WMXUE, but doesnt WMXUE and PN need to be patched to properly work together?

The railway rifle would be cool with a mod that adds some kind of home made scope.
