I dont know where to post this so I am posting it here. I have a bug where all npcs have their heads rotating a full 360 when talking to me and there are moving without using their legs
I also have a sound bug where I am hearing gun shots in the middle of no where with no one around

Your install and load order look good. Are you running an ENB? Or other graphics mod?

No, you don't have ENB installed. What about other graphics mods or your system specs?
I have an acer laptop 2.2 gighertz 4 gb memory it doesnt do this when i play without TTW
Sounds like you need more memory, I'm sorry but your Acer might not be up to the task. TTW adds a LOT to the game and boosts the system specs a good amount. Try closing any other program that is running, everything that you can, and try playing again.
