as I upgrade to the new 2.4, I'm wondering what these optional ESPs are for TTW, mainly FO3 character voice, Anchorage customization, and mutant rebalance.

I'm new to TTW as well and
I'm new to TTW as well and had some questions about these optional esps too. I found a Read-Me file in the download that goes into each one in some detail. They are located in "ttw_2.4-installer/resources/TTW Data/TTW Files/Optional Files".
