Before I continue, I have to say that Fallout 3 and NV were probably the two most engaging games I have ever played in the last 10 years. The story was well written and the quests were intelligently designed. I was blown away by the 1950s era theme of nuclear war. For the record, I'm not much of a fan of the 1950s, which is why I was blown away by the intelligent use of 1950s era themes mixed into a post-war nuclear setting set into the future. Along with the intelligent use of post-apocalyptic themes, comes, in my opinion, the best part of the game, which is the ability to obtain powerful weapons and armor. Some people may dislike the level scaling system, but I thought it was a great way to keep the game challenging. For a while, at least, which brings me to my point- What are the developers of TTW doing to adjust the character leveling system and level scaling system to balance the fact that the player will now have twice as many opportunities to become a powerful post-apocalyptic soldier?
P.S.- Sorry about the game review!!!
