In Broken Steel, playing TTW version 2.7.2, I just noticed that Lag Bolt's Combat Armor still has Big Guns +10 amongst it's effects (This is a minor bug because the Big Guns skill is no longer in use in FNV or TTW).
This could be fixed in TTW by either simply changing this effect into Guns +10 or perhaps alternatively splitting the bonus into Guns +5 and Energy Weapons +5; Lag Bolt himself is seen wielding a Heavy Incinerator (an energy weapon) after all, and IIRC in Fallout 3 the Big Guns skill covered both big guns and big energy weapons. Split +5/+5 bonus also might be more balanced in FNV.
