updating FO3 mods to TTW standards

I'very been keeping up and learning how to use FNVEdit and I know how to use the GECK a little, I more than willing to learn and help but for cleaning up .32 caliber and shotgun ammo is that done though the GECK or can it be done in FNVEdit?

WOW!, my phone really screws up when it comes to a message. If you edit in FNVEdit will that just remove them or can you replace the .32 caliber and shotgun ammo accordingly, or will it just remove them?

....... HOLLY (BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!) alright I'm starting to get the hang of really using FNVEdit and I'll start by saying this. To the people that have resolved issues I tip my hat to you! Wow this is time consuming!
