Any way I could increase the cap limit to vendors
Seeing as I found out that the cap limit is a part of the mod, is there any way I could increase it

I would advise to not increase cap limit to vendors.
There's an inherent bug with caps on the part of vendor. If they have more than 32k in their total inventory (personal and store) a bug kick in: you can not receive caps for selling items to them. Barter is fine, but they will never give caps to you.
This bug is most famous due to the Sink's shop inventory, as that's the only shop in OWB and it sell expensive items. But other shops can have this bug too. F3 didnt have this appeared due to low price number but it's there.
There was a claim on nexus mods to have fixed this bug, but way back when I test that mod with Sink shop and it's still there.
