New Vegas brings us reputation with factions tab in pipboy, so i think making icons for them (for example megatonna, lions brotherhood, outcasts, rivet city etc.) would seems natural.

That is just my first goal, the first step along the path. I actually intend to work in reputation and factions, if I remember correctly, T3T has already made quite a few excellent faction icons.
