NMM can't handle installing TTW. It's fine after the install, but not for the install. Use one of the FOMMs (I made an LAA patch for FOMM .13 and the FOMM .14 variants handle it natively,) or Mod Organizer, or install manually.
It's lame that NMM is advertised and RECOMMENDED as the ideal install tool for this awesome work, but in reality can't accomplish it. Anyway, thanks for the help and tips guys.
Fixed. It now recommends using a mod manager to install, but recommends against using NMM as said mod manager. We've long hoped NMM would be made to better handle large mods, but until that day comes we can no longer recommend it.

If you're on x64, you want to be using BSAOpt x64; don't rename it unless you have issues with the install. -
The installer doesn't check within ESMs. -
If a file is the wrong version and it causes the installer to stop, it usually means that the file is broken. Are you using the English version of Fallout 3? Have you used validate files (Steam) or reinstalled and patched from disc (GFWL)?
Please make sure you include the info listed in this thread, so that it's possible to diagnose your issue

Missing some info, buddy.

I'd really recommend using our little search bar in the top-left, because most issues that I've had, or seen other people have, have already been answered at some point. Also check out the FAQ, for the same reason.
In this case, no main menu usually means that the load order is incorrect. TTW is very picky about the load order, and is prone to freezing if things are out of place.
