I had same issue I was lucky enough to be in chat at the time to get help since Im hopeless and wouldnt have found a fix myself and Jax helped me lol. Good to see a fix here so people can find it now though that was good of you :-D

Hi,

I have the Steam GOTY English version. I verified my files and rebuilt the Fallout3 - MenuVoices module. Everything OK this time.
